Our Team.

Katina Pollard (she/her) is a proud Cree Métis with deep roots in the Thompson-Okanagan region of Beautiful British Columbia but now resides in beautiful Northern BC!
With over 12 years of experience in clinical nursing, education, and healthcare administration, Katina has worked in both acute care and community settings, spanning urban and rural areas across British Columbia, including Interior and Northern Health. She is deeply passionate about Indigenous Health, particularly in chronic disease prevention and footcare—an essential yet often overlooked aspect of overall wellness.
Katina believes that healthy feet mean an active, thriving life—whether it's walking, hiking, dancing, or simply staying mobile, foot health plays a vital role in maintaining independence and quality of life. She is committed to ensuring communities have access to compassionate, culturally safe footcare that supports long-term wellness and mobility.
She has been a proud member of the BC Nurses Union since 2016 and holds a practicing license with the BC College of Nursing and Midwives.
Beyond her professional life, Katina is a proud aunty to five nieces and nephews and a dog mom. She and her husband Chris love spending time camping, swimming, walking, and hiking in the great outdoors—further proving that strong, healthy feet are key to living life to the fullest!
